Welcome to Kawaii Dragoness terms of service. By reading this you agree to my rules and terms of service

Work schedule:
♥ I will not work on commissions when I am working during the week.
♥ I will only work on commissions on the weekends and random days off during the week.
♥ During the months of June and July I have more free time. So more commission spots will open up.
♥ My birthday and holidays I have off. I will send wips and thats it.Wait times for completions:
♥ Depending on what you want, how complex your character(s) are, and how many characters you want me to draw is gonna depend on how long I take. I usually estimate times between 1 day and 2 months.
♥ Animations videos take longer than the estimated time above, please be patient and understand animation takes a long time to make. I will do my best to get an animation done in 6 months or less.
This doesn't include gifs
♥ Editing videos will be based on how long you want the video. I will estimate the time for completion on a case by case system though.
♥ You can ask for a wip of my progress any time.Please do not:
♥ Do not use or sell my creations to NFTs or AI.
♥ Do not harass or stalk me on my socials or in real life. You will be black listed, if I have to you will be reported to the proper authorities.
♥ I do not tolerate being mean to me or yelling at me. I will refund you and black list you unless the commission is already complete. Then you'll just be black listed.
♥ I do not give trial runs of my video editing services anymore. I got cheated out of my services the last time I allowed that.
♥ I ask you keep an adopt I made for 1 month before reselling at the same price. Unless you added more art in which case the price can go up.
♥ You may purchase an adopt for someone else HOWEVER I will need proof that person was asked if they wanted that adopt. Just send me a screenshot. However you not allowed to purchase an adopt for someone on my black list!
♥ If you ghost me after saying you wanted to buy an adopt from me I will black list you. If you need reminders I will gladly message you but please communicate with me asap.
♥ PLEASE make sure to check my black list BEFORE you commission me. You are not allowed to commission me or adopt any of my adoptables if you support anyone on my black list.
♥ Do not give any of my art I made you to anyone on my black list.
♥ If you've commissioned me and I find out you are a person bad or you support someone on my black list I will give you a refund and block you immediately. Unless I already sent you the completed commission.Refunds and bounce backs:
♥ Full payment must be provided before I start on your commission. I do offer payment plans if it helps.
♥ Refunds will only happen if I haven't started yet or if we haven't agreed upon a wip I provided you. If the wip I sent is already approved, you will not get a refund.
♥ Bounce backs happen sometimes but unless I know you really well I probably will not complete your commission and black list you. If you communicate with me that it was an accident and you'll fix it when you can thats ok. Trying to hide or ghost me will only get you blacklisted though. Again communicate with me and I'll gladly be flexible.
